THE ESCROW LIST includes hundreds of ownership changes which take place each week throughout the Food and Beverage Industry in California. In addition to stock transfers and escrows, business activities reported include sales and transfers of liquor licenses. Items are reported by type of establishment and county in which they are located. Distributors Credit provides the only Notification List of Food and Beverage items exclusively. A Weekly List for Northern or Southern California is included in the price of Membership.

Accounts will be flagged upon request for Members who wish to be notified when an escrow or ownership change occurs at a particular location.

THE NSF CHECK LIST reports thousands of checks each year due to the excellent cooperation of our Members. This information is also entered into each credit file on the reported location, providing additional credit history. A Weekly List for Northern or Southern California is included in the price of Membership.

THE LEGAL NOTICE LIST is comprised of suits, federal and state tax liens, bankruptcies. These items are also entered on the credit report at the establishment address. When a credit report is ordered, the information accumulated in each file provides a history of legal activities to date. The monthly fee for THIS LIST is billed SEPARATELY from the price of Membership.

Southern California lists include the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Kern.

Northern California lists include all of the remaining counties in California.
