location? With past suppliers at previous locations?

Are NSF checks being passed to suppliers? How will you know?

Has your customer given you a valid resale license number for his business?

Do you have a complete history of all suits, liens and bankruptcies
on the owner?

Will competing trade suppliers release information to you? All
other suppliers?

Has an account recently been sent to collection by a competitor
who is not listed on the credit application?

If you attempt to obtain credit information yourself, do you
have ALL of the above?
